As a Mining Civil Engineer, Chantal Ledoux has always been fascinated by industrial information technology. Having devoted several years to Computer assisted process checking, she took an interest in operation and goods traceability in the manufacturing field, and then logistics. Convinced of the strategic importance of logistics, she created LOGARITHME in 1990, a start-up specialised in IT and electronic solutions dedicated to the sector. She presided over the company until it merged with 3i in 2004, which gave rise to a-SIS (SAVOYE’s IT subsidiary). From then on, Chantal Ledoux took up the position as a-SIS’ CEO in charge of Sales and Marketing, with Frédéric MANCION as Chairman.

Following the latter’s appointment as head of the SAVOYE division, in January 2010, Chantal LEDOUX became a-SIS’ new CEO.

Chantal LEDOUX intends to pursue the company’s development around its product offer, with the launch in 2010 of LOGISTICS MANAGER SUITE.

Trained as an electronics engineer, Dominique Testa devoted the initial part of his career to the world of industrial production. He was a chargé d'affaires for 10 years in a process automation company, where he acquired in-depth experience of industrialists' needs and constraints. Anticipating the interest that companies would have in the logistics field, he became interested in this discipline at the end of the 1980s. In 1990, he co-founded LOGARITHME, a start-up dedicated to IT and electronic solutions for the logistics field, he built up his success as Managing Director responsible for Operation and R&D. Dominique Testa is now a-SIS' Managing Director, responsible for Operations.
