With 50% more visitors than last year, the two days of conferences and workshops organised by a-SIS, the logistic software package editor, on March 11th and 12th – in parallel with SITL -, were a great success.
A marked increase in the number of visitors. Sixteen conferences and workshops as well as two site visits were organised this year in the context of a-SIS Days. Centred on warehouse management and optimisation and logistic flows, they attracted over 220 people, including 70 the visits of the Chantelle and STP warehouses alone. a-SIS’ customers were naturally present but the event also attracted numerous prospective customers (approximately 45% of the visitors).
Over 120 people attended the gala evening at the Musée de l’Air et de l’Espace in very friendly surroundings.
A rich programme. The variety and quality of the contributors - logisticians and industrialists, consultancy experts etc… - greatly contributed to the success of this professional event. Four conferences particularly stood out attracting over sixty participants alone:
- Specialised distribution
- Traceability
- Mail order
- Multi-channel logistics
The Users’ Club. These two days were also an opportunity for a-SIS’ Users’ Club to meet. The association which brings together about sixty users of a-SIS’ IT solutions and warehouse management tools (Directors, Logistic and IT managers etc.…) were able to share their latest thoughts and experiences. This provided the editor with valuable information which will assist with the development of new solutions.
