Its main asset: its analysis ability which enables you to carry out an efficient picking reimplantation, leaving you with the possibility – if you so wish - of establishing an ABC stock classification. It displays the consumption of Logistic Units (packaging : boxes, pallets…), the picking addresses … and calculates averages, typical differences, types and pick variability which will be used to define the locations ad hoc for reach product reference. Other filters may also be added. Picking reorganisation proposals It suggests a picking reorganisation of free, “sleeping" (for x days) locations according to the rotation classification and any constraints (linked products which have to be stored close to each other, which shouldn’t be placed adjacent to each other etc.). All of the recommendations are exported to the WMS. LM Slotting Optimizer is natively integrated into the LM suite and can be interfaced with a-SIS warehouse management software LM7®, Logys® and Magistor®. |
