LM7 is a specialised solution which has been tried and tested in split case preparation processes. Its ability to manage large volumes of boxes relies on a complete activity simulation and scheduling mechanism which enables you to optimise resources and to smooth the workload per sector. LM7 integrates a picking set-up tool to arrange the logistic units in the best way, for example by allocating different picking locations to the same product, making them easier to pick. Equipped with powerful algorithms which integrate volume, weight and product peculiarity criteria (fragility, hazardousness …), LM7 offers numerous pre-cubing optimisation methods to guarantee that the boxes are made up properly and to rationalise transport costs.

Firstly exhaustive product traceability : product recall procedures are thus made possible, either searching by batch or by serial number. Then operation traceability : all events are historised, from when a product is picked to modifications made using the software, which guarantees compliance with GAMP or FDA 21 CFR Part 11 standards.
