Positioned between the WMS and the automation, LM_WCS^® controls the automated equipment (conveyors, packing machines, insertion of documents, automated warehouses, sorters …) and the operation tools (shuttles, RF terminals, voice solutions, displays…). More than a “black box », it is a real tool for the optimization of your activity.

The technical resources of warehouses are more and more complicated and often composed of automated systems and logistic tools. To rationalize and to facilitate their use, we propose a modular, upgradeable, and efficient control solution to optimize the existing or coming equipment.

LM_WCS^® is an open system able to adapt to different communication modes adapting its functions to the needs of the site. It is built on a common central kernel and communication modules for the different system elements. Therefore it may be easily integrated in any environment and adapted to any need.

innovating functions for organization and intelligent control
To ensure the operation of the whole installation, LM_WCS^® also includes modules for the organization of the activity (automatic launching, for instance), and no more just basic layers to interface the technical resources.

Face to the increasing complexity of the systems, to the increasing flow, and to the important constraints of short delivery times and quality of the service, it is now mandatory to integrate intelligent modules allowing the optimization of the operation of the equipment.
