Performance points

We have an advanced understanding of constraints and logistic tendancies and we encounter them daily when assisting our customers in their quest for performance.

Shortening delivery times, increasing the number of references, product diversity , frequent changes in managed references, very low error rates, irregular or seasonal activity, compliance with legal and quality standards... These are our challenges for the increase in activity as well as for the evolution of your logistic strategy.

Your performance

Our solutions are based on a wide functional range which enables you to progress on 5 performance axes :

physical storage optimisation
The first mandatory condition for optimized operation of the logistic site is good storage organisation starting with clever product dispatch at goods-in. This important step must take the features defined for each product into account based on a set of storage rules which is completely customised by parameters, a slotting tool and ABC analysis.
The optimisation of the picking area is also important. Our tool for picking layout allows optimised positioning of the logistic units. So taking the geographic constraints and each product's time parameters into account and allocating each product to different picking locations, our solutions optimise the picking and balance the workload for the different picking locations.

productivity optimisation
The warehouse's overall performance depends on efficient well-designed processes. The optimisation starts with the reception of the goods, for instance by scheduling bay activity and by a pre-planned integration of the goods coming in. Once the productidentified in the warehouse, the automatic and efficient management of the stock movements allows the optimization of the operator movements.
Order fulfilment is a key process and is secured by an adapted supply management ensuring supply without interruption and by a load simulation tool for launching by wave and by box. Our WMS also features activity balancing, resource optimisation by area and the scheduling of transport operations.
Our numerous pre-packing optimisation methods ensure our systems correspond to sophisticated split case picking. Furthermore we offer an innovative range of assistance tools from voice solutions to pick-to-light displays to increase the picking speed.

multi-level traceability
Traceability is a critical point in certain fields of activity and presents two levels: product and event traceability. Products are traced by batches and serial numbers facilitating the product recall. For events: all operations are recorded ensuring performance analyses and a complete audit trail. With these processes we helped some of our customers comply with the GAMP and FDA 21 CFR PART 11 standards.

quality improvement
Overall quality is primarily based on a complete and well organized product database. The products must be efficiently checked at goods-in including full features and strict suppleir quality control. The conformity of the stock is also important for good warehouse operation. This is ensured by regularly stock reports and continuous stock input and output control.
Another important point for any logistic manager is the reduction of the picking error rate which is ensured by the real time control of the operations and checking procedures at the end of the line. And the final point for picking quality is the dispatch load check.

improving activity by decision-making control
Our solutions allow you to monitor activity for each logistic process: real received quantities, stock changes, dispatches carried out... At any time it is possible to show the stock content by product code, the filling rate by location or the general history of each movement. As far as decisions are concerned, numerous functions allow you to plan human and material resources, to organize the allocation of carriers, and to simulate transport costs. The detailed follow-up of the pickers' activity using RF terminals or pick-to-light system is carried out in real time.
