As far as the control system is concerned it is directly interfaced with the master system (ERP, WMS, MES…) and runs completely stand alone thanks to the onboard intelligence in each display.

Picker_Ultralight 5^® represents a complete range of displays for numerous fields of application:

A typical example is the use in Pick-to-Light mode to assist the operators in their picking: as soon as the carton is identified the displays corresponding to the picking addresses light up. Thanks to a colour identification it is possible to have 4 operators in the same picking area without knowing the addresses of the picking front.
In Put to Light mode, the displays ensure a sorting distribution by visual assistance.
