Integrated into LM7®, T2O® is a TMS solution for carriers looking for optimization, control, and supervision of the transport activity. Integrating the constraints of transport and the tariffs in one only application, T2O® offers three main functions: the carrier assignment, the pre-invoicing, and the simulation.
carrier assignment
To choose the carrier, T2O® compares the tariffs and services proposed by each carrier and the constraints of these services: cash on delivery, maximum number of cartons, dangerous products... Furthermore it is directly interfaced with the WMS and groups the cartons for the same customer. So T2O® ensures a global decrease of the transport costs and automatically optimizes the grouping of shipments by choosing the cheapest and best shipping mode depending on the requested criterions.
pre-invoicing T2O® ensures the on demand generation of pre-invoices for the transport for a specific period. The pre-invoicing is based on real expeditions and facilitates the control of the carrier documents and integrates the management of the additional costs and the savings realized by the grouping of the cartons. Result: less incidents with the carriers and the control of the transport costs.
simulation The effect of a new tariff may be easily analysed with the simulation tool using the database archive of the transport activity. So it is possible to define online the cost for an expedition corresponding to that tariff. This facilitates the control of the transport function.
interfacing capacity T 2O ® is an independent software which may be directly interfaced with the WMS, the software for routing ; and the ERP. |
